Meals are made with seasonal vegetables and fruits picked from the vegetable garden and orchard, where each year we try new species of seeds, each year new fruit trees enrich the land. The menus are unique and you will not find them anywhere else. We know today the toxicity of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. In Sawadi they are banned! You can bite into an apple picked from the tree without fear. In the garden fruits and vegetables are for you to enjoy.
We offer all types of menus: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free… Don’t hesitate to ask us what you would like.
Thanks to our liquor license, we will have the pleasure of serving you the alcoholic beverage of your choice in all legality.
Vegetable garden - orchard
Meals are prepared with seasonal vegetables and fruits picked from the vegetable garden.
Particular attention has been paid to hygiene. In particular, the design and operation are in line with the requirements of the international HACCP standard. All the behaviors, measures and equipment implemented are aimed at “blocking the road” to potential bacteriological contamination.
No less than 3 different areas for the “kitchen”: a preparation area, a dishwashing area, a bread and cake area. 60m² to guarantee gustative and sanitary quality and comfort for the staff.
More than a restaurant
Much more than a place to eat, the restaurant allows the discovery and learning of the local cuisine. Our guests will discover how to prepare brochettes, tajines, choose the spices…
Sometimes and on request, we return to European cuisine. Thanks to our farm, we can satisfy any desire.
Before preparing the soups and salads we have to sow, water, clean the beds, pick up the vegetables, peel, cut and cook. Fortunately we don’t do everything on the same day! If you would like to come back to the farm and participate in the market gardening, do not hesitate to tell us.
Locally grown products
If our cook is a little late for dinner or lunch, don’t look for her! She went to the garden to look for coriander, parsley or salad. If you feel like it, from December to April you can pick up beans, peas, radishes, spinach and lamb’s lettuce, in May and June delicious apricots that you will find in clafoutis or morning jam, in July figs, zucchinis, pumpkins and other cucurbits are in profusion. Don’t hesitate to serve yourself directly on the spot, it’s so much better!
For our pleasure, Aziza or Kyia make every day, according to the season, delicious pies, clafoutis and jams. Discovering fruits and vegetables on the vine is a real lesson in the old-fashioned way.

“that animates Sawadi. The fresh products consumed by our visitors or the cooked products, come from our farm (meat and vegetables). While tasting the tagines, couscous and other local dishes, you can see the plot of land where the vegetables were picked.
In addition, pesticides and chemical fertilizers are prohibited on the farm; only natural fertilizers are used. Parasites such as aphids are repelled by spraying with black soap, ants sometimes bother us but are also very useful, they are tireless workers.
