Sawadi : le charme de l'hébergement marocain The hotel part of Sawadi includes only seven living houses: the kasbah Palm trees for 6 to 9 persons. Three kasbahs Almond trees, Tamarisk (*), Olivier with 2 rooms(chambers) luxuries each. Both kasbahs Fig trees and Apple trees with 2 consequences(suites) and 2 bring to room temperature luxuries each. The kasbah Laurels with 2 rooms(chambers) luxuries communicating. Morrocan Kasbahs of the South is elaborated in pisé. Their architecture reminds the ancient castles. The thick walls and the narrow windows, allow to preserve the heat in winter and the cold in summer. The shape of Kasbah is probably of inspiration Yémenites, an invader of this region in a ancient time. These rooms are decorated in the Moroccan style, the walls tadelack, furnish in ironworks. Carpets weaved manually by the Berber ease grounds in concrete polished. Paintings and traditional decorations decorate walls. The Moroccan lamps give a translucent light, for your comfort of fill LED allow you to read comfortably in your bedroom.

The Kasbahs Apple Trees and Fig trees

600_figuierSuperbly decorated in Moroccan style Kasbah each consists of 2 luxury suites and two deluxe rooms.
A Suite is  a room with an area of 31 sqm, fitted with a double bed of 1,60 m, air conditioning and a fireplace. The bathroom has two sinks and a large shower. The toilets are closed and separated from the room and the room of water. At the entrance there is a private terrace of 6m ² with views over the olive grove and gardens.

A deluxe room is a room-all health of an area of 24 m², equipped according to the room with a double bed and 1 or 2 single beds.
Room and Suite communicate with a double inner door to form a set of 55 m². This all-suite rooms can accommodate between 1 and 6 people.
Part of building materials these buildings retain the coolness in summer and warm in the winter. But many clients are asking for air-conditioned rooms, kasbahs Apples and Fig trees are equipped with air conditioners. However it is not obliged to use it!  We leave at Sawadi  during the summer months and our room is not air conditioned.
 

Kasbah 5-9 persons

Kasbah PalmiersThe kasbah storey (Palm) is an area of 130 m² and suitable accommodation for 5 to 9 people. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a fireplace, can take the place of living. The other bedroom on the ground floor is 17 m² with a super king size bed 2.0 m wide and 90 cm bed for a third person or child. On the first floor a room of 20 m² with 1 double bed 160 and 2 beds of 0.90 m. A large private terrace of 20 m² with a superb view over the Atlas chain, can play quietly sunbathing or sleeping under the stars on summer nights in the Berber tradition. A second terrace overlooking the pool. Each of the three bedrooms has a bathroom with shower and washbasin and separate toilet. A cot is available upon request.

Luxury rooms "Tamaris" , "Oliviers" and "Amandiers"

Kasbah AmandiersThe three Tamaris Kasbah, olive and almond trees to two rooms are each with an area of 75 m2. The rooms measure 20 m2. In each kasbah, a two bedroom is equipped with 3 beds of 0.90 m and the other bedroom has a double bed of 1.60 m wide and a bed of 0.90 m. Almond has a double bed 180 wide. A cot is available upon request. Each room has a bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate toilet room and bathroom. A large terrace of 70 m2 is common to the two rooms on the roof of the building.

(*) The left bedroom of Tamaris is adapted for person with reduced mobility.

Kasbah Lauriers

The kasbah Lauriers consists of a set suite and deluxe room with a fireplace and comunicating a private terrace. The Kasbah is especially popular among parents with young children. Near the restaurant and the pool they can peacefully end their evening at the restaurant while the children are in bed. During the rest of the small, they can lie on the sunbeds at the pool safe. They just lend an ear to hear the slightest tear.
