Sawadi, charming ecolodge in southern Morocco

Around the restaurant

We are very pleased to prepare and serve traditional Moroccan food at Sawadi. At our restaurant, guests may not only enjoy their meals but they have an opportunity to discover and learn the secrets of the local cuisine.

From time to time and on demand, we serve European food. Thanks to our farm, we are able to fulfil every desires.

Our cooks and waiters will be pleased to describe the regional dishes and the preparation of brochettes, tajines and the selection of spices we use. Before preparing soups and salads, we have to sow, water, clean up the border, pick vegetables, peel, cut and cook. Luckily, we do not do everything on the same day ! If you want to help us in the farm, do not hesitate to tell us. If you feel like it, you could pick up broad beans, peas, radish, spinach and lamb's lettuce from December to April, apricots which you will find in clafoutis or in the morning jam in May and June, figs, courgettes and pumpkins in July...

Vegetarian, vegan, lactose or gluten free menu are available upon request.
